Better than expected! First of all, I liked that I did not have to pay shipping for this item. Then when we unpackaged it, we put it together in a short time (it was actually very easy). Then put the cushions on and now are so pleased with everything...the chairs are nice and wide, the cushions thick and comfy, the color is better that the picture showed (a deeper brick red) which matches the other decor, and the construction is very sturdy. It came with a bag for the cushions but that ripped right away. Overall, we are quite pleased. 02/08/2012
good value prouct came in a large box which included peices and parts to assemble with the tools to do ithe assembly and very easy instructions.finished in abot 3 hours and the set looks great. 03/01/2012
Good Piece and Awesome Customer Service The set looks exactly as shown in the photo. Assembly was pretty easy; it took me about 2 hours. After assembly, I noticed that there were a couple of minor scratches, which probably happened during shipping. I contacted the company via email and described the problem and they responded very promptly (after ~ 1 hour). They just asked me for photos of the defects, receipts, & my address and two days later, I received the replacement parts. In summary, I would give the piece an A and the customer service an A+ ! 03/30/2012
