Rated 3 out of 5 by irocksteady i'll pass this is constructed much like a swiffer...for $80, that ain't good. it snaps together similarly and while it is in fact light-weight as promised, it just feels chintzy. the super long cord is a plus, but the way you actually get the product to steam seems as though it lends itself to breaking easily. the directions indicate you have to pump the handle to create steam...this is pretty much a jostling of the flimsy handle while mopping. it's not especially difficult to steam, but it's not what i'd prefer. it was also very difficult to get up dried stains on my kitchen linoleum. i'm exchanging this for the bissel steam mop, which i should have gotten in the first place. it's bissel and it's the same price. if this were priced around $35 i may consider it a fair deal. 01/26/2010

I used my mothers (different make and model) and loved it which is why I purchased this one. So disappointed. Don't recommend it, sorry 01/03/2010
Rated 2 out of 5 by SALLY24 SHARK STEAM MOP The steam mop works okay. But, water constantly has to be filled. You have to pump for the steam to come out. It's alot of work!!!! It's easier with a mop and pail. Mine fell over in the closet and when I went to pick it up and a small bag fell on it (not heavy) the handle snapped right off. 05/29/2009
