Rated 3 out of 5 by RomZoo Ok. But...... Ok. Well, I was a Dyson owner. A DC 41 animal. It died, and I couldn't afford another at the price they cost, so I did some research because I cannot go for more than several days without vacuuming--I have kids and pets! The ratings for this vacuum were good, and some said it was even better than the Dyson, so I got it....Ok. Its a nice vacuum. It really is. But its not even close to a Dyson. But for now, its doing its job, and doing it well, but it just can't clean like my Dyson did, and I'm already saving up money to get another Dyson. But for the price of this vacucum, it is nice. It does have the best suction of any of the common vacuums I've ever had (Bissel, Dirt Devil), so it is nice for the price I paid. But I just warn previous Dyson owners.....sorry, you'll be disappointed. The cleaning path though is tiny! It does get to places I couldn't before, but it takes longer to vacuum to cover the same area. Also, I don't really like how the wand detaches. Its nice that it can in two places, but the vacuum can't handle even a slight tug on it, and always tips, and the way the attachments are shaped just make it difficult to maneuver. But, it does get pet hair pretty good. So, in total, its a nice vacuum for what it costs. But I need more. 06/25/2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Kressbri Great sweeper! Long cord, self-propelled, quick, simple to use, picks up a lot of dirt, is great on linoleum and carpet; we have even used it to clean out our van! 03/12/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by JPMPD GREEAAT VACUUM ! Ok, i usually don't do reviews but for this vacuum i will.. we hunted for a good vacuum after our one of 7 years died,, i was in charge of finding one for the wife. She is SUPER fussy. After looking at numerous vacuums i picked this one for $250 at walmart. Don't go cheap on a vacuum, you'll be sorry later. I am 64 and know you get what you pay for. Anyways, this thing is great on power,, super quiet,, and will pick up dirt your other vacuums missed. The cord is not too long,, just right,, and it's easy to push around and not really heavy if you have to lift it. The extension hose/wand is really nice and long, you'll not have to bend over and will reach to the top of 12 stairs and then spring back into shape nicely. When we received ours by the back door i noticed upon opening that the wand hose had a kink in it from shipping. The company had a note inside that if any thing was wrong to contact them as the warranty was for 5 years (my repair shop is right down the block from me,, they are all over usa.) So i contacted the girl at the company and she was SUPER NICE. No ifs, ands, buts, they sent me out the WHOLE WAND/HOSE attachment, not just the hose ! No questions asked. Now THATS a company that stands behind its product ! She asked me how i liked the vacuum and i told her it was great except the corner attachment that was supposed to do stairs was not so cool and i liked the rotating brush they had for the lower priced model. She told me although it did not show for my model as a accessory, there was a brush for my model doing stairs. $15 delivered to back door. GET THE BRUSH ! it is great,, works by air power when the vacuum sucks thru it rotating the brush and cleans small rugs and stairs great ! So.... the wife is super happy with the new one,, 5 yr warranty compared to lower priced one ($50 less) of 1 year and i even do the vacuuming every now and then. I'm a retired cop and i feel this investigation is closed. Great vacuum,, buy it. JPMPD 03/04/2012
