The cabinet is beautiful,useful and sturdy..I used it for fruit instead of regular fruit basket. the top shelf was useful as well, you can put anything on the top of it!!!

Sturdy and easy to assemble

Anything from Vancouver Classics is always a safe bet. Well designed function able. I just wish that Vancouver Classics instruction manual was a little more detailed.

Great size

This was a witch to put together! The directions were worthless! It has the little brackets that click in place. Everything must be level to work. Needless to say I gave up and had my niece to put together. She had the same problem as me.

the drawer is not strong enough to hold heavy stuff. even a 2 LBS pumpkin, the drawer is fall down. not good use for kitchen. May be good for bathroom paper.

for light house stuff

I had high expectations for this unit after reading all the reviews but I must say that I'm extremely disappointed with it.  It was terribly difficult to assemble.  Nothing would fit properly.  At first I suspected it had been damaged in transit but it's not that.  The unit is actually welded crookedly and, although it sits level on the floor, the legs are misaligned.  The front and rear brackets are welded off-kilter.  If the front legs are straight, then the back ones are crooked and vice versa.  This made the shelves difficult to assemble.  Also, one of the welds that holds the upper basket in place was completely snapped.  It wasn't until I'd finished assembling it that I realised what the issues were and then I couldn't get it apart to return it.  It COULD have been a nice unit but something is obviously wrong with the one I received.  Very unhappy with this purchase.

I think I got a lemon!
