Normal hanger size as far as I know approximate 16 inches along the bottom.

Measured at the widest part, these hangers measure 17 1/8" across.

If you measure around the plastic tubing with a tape measure it's about 1-1/2" and if you hold a ruler to it and sight it's about 7/16" thru the middle (diameter). The whole hanger measures about 9-1/4" high x 17-1/4" deep. These are not exact measures but I hope they help.

This hanger is 17.5" wide. Diameter of the hanger is 0.25," heighth is 6.5" and the hook shank is 4.5"

17 1/8 inches is what I measured. Don't know why they call it the 36. That could be the 36Th model, or 36 gauge.

No they have bubble wrap around them and are in a cardboard box tightly packed so they don't move. Well packed no damage easy handling. And cheap to ship. Came in good shape.

No, they simply came in a box. They were in 2 stacks, triangles making a perfect square, so they fit perfectly in the box.

I had mine shipped site to store... they were packaged in a box no shrink wrap no packaging materials at all. Just 36 hangers in a cardboard box.

Very good hanger and strong I was sceptical to buy them because it said jumbo but they are an excellent size very sturdy and look nice in the closet. I am thinking of ordering 36 more.

was exactly what I wanted.  The hangers are somewhat thick so can hold slacks.    They can also hold the weight of wet clothes if you plan to drip dry them.

This hanger is not your ordinary hanger. It is heavier duty and sturdy for heavy cotton pants, shirts and jackets. By keeping the clothes neatly in line, extra rinkles are avoided. Love those hangers!!!!!

Sturdy for heavy clothes

After looking at several different styles of plastic hangars, I decided to buy these because they looked more durable than other styles. Indeed, these hangars have met or exceeded my expectations. I use them to hang lightweight shirts and heavyweight jeans. They maintain their shape and look great!

Very functional hangars for most any type clothing

I was concerned that this hanger would do the job: hold up heavy industrial frocks and liners. But they have handled the load well, with no problems. The hangers are substantial, and are wide enough to not slip through the necks on the larger sizes.

Sturdy hanger for plastic

When  I purchased these hangars from the Walmart store they were great but when they were no longer available at the store I purchased them from the Walmart website online. The hangars I received from the online purchase all had a sharp bur on them which would snag and tear clothing hung on them.

Very disappointed in the quality. Not smooth enough to hang clothing. All 36 hangers are the same, Not at all like the hangers I used to buy at the Walmart store.

Poor quality for a hanger.

This is the cheapest plastic of hangers I have ever come across. They are for sure white but so brittle and each has either 1 or 2 sharp plastic pieces jutting out on edges that can easily rip woolens, lingeries, rayons, polyester clothes. 1 hanger came broken in the box. So disappointed. Walmart must disbar this vendor

Piece of junk. Don't recommend

The hangers I received are not the right size and don't not have the hook. The ones I ordered were 17” and the ones sent to me are 19.25”
