We used this product for a Church Youth Girls Event. We loved it, although it did take around an hour to heat the chocolate (it needs to be heated fully before placed in fountain). It was easy to assemble, easy to clean. It made a statement, and looked professional!

SURPRISED MY DAUGHTER WITH FOUNTAIN FOR HER BRIDAL SHOWER.  SHE WAS VERY HAPPY AS WERE HER GUESTS.  EVERYONE COMMENTED ON HOW  QUIET THE FOUNTAIN WAS, HOW NICE IT LOOKED, AND THAT THE CHOCOLATE TASTED GREAT.  EASY CLEAN UP TOO!  THE FOUNTAIN AND CHOCOLATE WERE EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED ONLINE. CHOCOLATE TOOK TOO LONG TO MELT IN FOUNTAIN (MAYBE BECAUSE EVERYONE IN HURRY TO TASTE IT).  WE USED THE MICROWAVE AND THE CHOCOLATE MELTED WITH NO PROBLEMS. VERY SATISFIED.  WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE.

We just purchased this Chocolate fountain for an outdoor event, not sure it would be the right size for the 100 guests we were expecting. I was surprised to see that the fountain worked for 7 straight hours without any problems.  When we were low on chocolate, we just added more (melted in the microwave)and kept going. It was a great success and when it came time to clean it, we just poured the left over chocolate on a glass container and removed and disassembled the tower to hand wash everything.   Overall a great experience.   Hayneedle was great! Customer service gave us all the information needed to decide on the product to purchase and the available shipping options. It arrived well packaged and in 2 days.

Better than expected

This fountain was perfect for a dessert reception after our daughters senior recital, where we served about 40 people.It had clear directions, was simple to assemble and easy to use.The chocolate flowed down the tiers beautifully.Our guest loved it!!!

Hit of the reception !!

I was leary about buying a product like this over the internet as I am ""a have to see it"" buyer, but wanted to have it for my daughter's graduation party in June '08, and the stores around me did not have it. (They only have it for XMAS). I bought it along with the milk chocolate as recommended. I made the perfect choice and it was the hit of the party. Every one of my guests, adults and children, could not stop talking about it. They all want me to bring it to their next party. The chocolate was delicious, light, creamy and not too sweet. I served strawberies, pineapple, oreos, graham crackers, pretzels, marshmellows and bananas, which satisfied all tastes. The flow of the chocolate was perfect. The clean-up was a breeze. I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you for a great product.

Best Product for your parties

I used it on a Brunch Buffet for fresh fruit. My customers love it. They go up and make there own treats and its easy to work.I have a restaurant that holds about 200 people and as long as I had chocolate in the back on a warmer I could constantly add to the fountain and never run out. I do recommend thinning the chocolate with cream or water because it might bind up, then check it and forget it. Love love love it!

Fabulous Fondue fountain

We just used our fountain at our store for Halloween. It was a huge hit! It was simple to set up, easy to use, and easy to clean. We also used the Melano white chocolate by Sephra. It was also easy to prepare in the bag and pour into our fountain. It had an excellent taste that was enjoyed by all. This is the 2nd unit we have purchased for use at our store and plan to purchase more of them.

The chocolate fountain worked like a charm! I used this for a wedding reception and it ran from 5 PM to 11 PM with no issue! Definitely well worth getting!

Great Deal!

Works great so far. Just make sure you get it level. When  ordering I would suggest also getting the Sephra chocolate that is recommended to use in the fountain. One evening I had the fountain running for 4 hours and everyone was amazed how quite it was. The girls at the party loved it!

My girls love this product!

We bought this to use for a party, and after many hours of melting chocolate and readying the machine, the chocolate flowed for about a minute and then stopped.  The heating basin was not hot enough to keep the chocolate warm and it quickly dried up and stopped the machine from flowing Terribly disappointing.
