Good value A good value compared to other options. I was looking for quality chairs at a good price. I think these chairs are a decent quality and the price was right. Yes, I sat in other chairs that were twice as much that were better quality, but I these should hold up just fine. The 'micro-suede' fabric is darker (more tan) than white as other reviewers mentioned. But you can remove the cushions and recover them at a later time. I found other chairs from another store online but the shipping was going to be $120! so using the site-to-store was a good option and they arrived faster than I thought (right in time for our party!) 04/12/2010
Fabulous! Needed small Dining Room chairs. Very difficult to find ~ everything is so large & tall. The Selina chairs go beautifully with my small, round, Ethan Allen, traditional cherry table. The chairs are distintive looking, easy to put together, give a contemporary 'pop' to my Dining Room. The color "espresso" is almost a very blackish brown. The upholstery on the seat is a lovely cream (not a dull cream). The chairs are quite heavy for being so small, & very sturdy. My husband & I are both over 200#. Nuff said. Value is incredible. Beautiful chairs We purchased six of these chairs and could not be happier. They were easy to put together using the directions. The chairs are very sturdy and we love the modern look our dining room has now. 08/11/2009
great product and affordable price Selina dining chairs are sturdy and classy, matched my dining table ...perfect. One chair had a scratched area to back area and in addition, however, one minor issue was missing assembly instruction on the first box we opened. We were able to figure out the assembly step ... thinking that if it does not meet expectation we shall return all three boxes. After assembling the first two chairs without instructions, we decided we can go with it, so we opened the 2nd box. Surprisingly, there was an instruction sheet. So we made minor adjustment to the first two chairs we assembled. We decided we liked the chairs. I get positive comments from my family and friends about these chairs. So I ordered one more box to complete my 8 seating dining table. As to the scratch area I bought a brown marker to make it non noticeable. Just don't look at it closely. Overall, ok. 02/26/2012
