Customer Product Reviews

Rated 2.9 out of 5★ by 37reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 Very poor results with the snap pac weed n feed Purchased 3 bags over the last several weeks and have not seen any results. I don't have a big weed problem by any means, but what I do have still exists. I bought the spreader in addition to the bags. I will be seeking a refund under the guarantee. I followed the simple directions, it rained within the required period of time, so I know it's nothing i did. Was expecting much better results. The amount of money this has cost is equivalent to a professional lawn care service. 04/26/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★ by I'll use it again I have had my yard done professionally the past several years, but as the price increased I decided to go back to doing it myself. I decided to give the "SNAP" system a try and it's really cool. Simply snap it in and off you go. The results appear to be as good the pros and I enjoyed the process. 06/07/2012
Rated 2 out of 5★ by did not kill clover I bought this product to kill the clover in my lawn, it did not work, I actually think it helped it grow better. I have used Scotts for years and I love the new snap system, I just was not happy with the proformance of this product 09/27/2012
Rated 4 out of 5★ by Worked Great, just didn't go far enough Used this last year, buying again for this year. The bag said it would cover 4,000 sq ft, which is smaller than my yard, but I only was able to get my front, one side and a small portion of my back yard before running out. Since my primary concern was the front yard, I didn't buy extra. I could literally tell exactly where I ran out because there was a line of no weeds vs. weeds. In my opinion, product worked great....buying two bags this year :) 04/23/2013
Rated 1 out of 5★ by Dandelions Well Fed! Used Snap Weed&Feed exactly as indicated on the package. This product not effective in killing dandelions. My lawn speaks for itself. I applied product last year Spring AND Fall. The leaves did die down. BUT it apparently did nothing to kill the tap root. I have a lawn FULL of dandelions... a sea of yellow and HUGE dinner-plate sized mounds of leaves. I've never seen dandelion plants this big. I will NOT be a repeat user. The failure of the Snap Weed&Feed has now turned me OFF to ALL Scott lawn products. It will take me a full season (and most likely two seasons) to recover my lawn... Scott's will NOT be part of that effort. 05/14/2013
Rated 4 out of 5★ by Snap on weed and feed is great I like the weed and feed. At first i had weeds like dandelions growing like crazy after using weed and feed but you do have to have patients. Now my lawn has no dandelions and healthy lawn. Only thing i have issues is clovers. But my neighbors compliment me on my lawn now. Thanks Scotts. 05/29/2013
Rated 1 out of 5★ by I am extremely disappointed I used the Snap Pac system last year with great results. I moved to a different home this year and was looking forward to continuing to use the same system. However I am extremely disappointed with the results of the Weed Control and Crabgrass products. The weeds are running rampant and looks like my backyard would qualify for a reality show on disaster landscaping. If anyone wants to see an example of every weed in North America, come to my backyard.I have sent an e-mail request where I can send the documentation for my refund.Snap Pac System broke my heart and wallet. 06/12/2013
Rated 1 out of 5★ by Snap System Yes Weed and Feed No I love the snap system but think the weed and feed fertilizer is an inferior product. I have used this fertilizer twice this year according to the directions. I thought maybe I had not been using the product correctly according to the directions. I also used it twice last year. My grass grew each time but so did the clover. Prior to my using the snap system I used the regular Scotts Weed and Feed with my Scott's Accugreen drop spreader and never had a problem with weed or clover. I think Scotts needs to reformulate this fertilizer or I need to do away with the Snap System which I like. The Snap System although convenient may have proved to be a costly mistake. 09/03/2013
