Yes they can be cut after laminating.  The heat seals both sides of what you laminate so that you can cut them.

Yes! You can cut your sheets to fit your document without losing lamination.

The description size and the size on the package do not match, I am looking for 9&quot;x 11.4 &quot; and what to be sure that is what I will get

depends on how stiff you want your paper. 3 is softer and more bendable . the 5 is what I use for bookmarks. its not as easy bendable. Its stiffer.  I prefer the  for most of my stuff but if you are just laminating papers or something for just keeping it covered  would work just fine. There is a little rigidness to it just not as much as 5

What is the difference between the 3mil and the 5mil?
