Wasn't What I Expected... This is more of a collectable item than a play set. I was quite taken aback when I opened the box to see this minature tea set instead of a full sized set. I was really disappointed and returned it. It is cute, though. It's not what I expected at all. It's really, really small. 01/13/2011
Not worth it... I was really excited when I found this product online. My 4 year old girl loves to play with tea sets and wanted a "real" set for Christmas. When I opened it, I couldn't believe what I saw. This tea set is extremely small, missing the silverware, and the basket isn't even the same as advertised. I will definetly be taking this product back. This is not worth the $25.00 I payed. I'd rather go to the Dollar Store and get a HUGE set for half the price!! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money on this "tea set". 12/02/2011
My 10 and 6yr old girls love it!! This was a gift to my 10 yr. old daughter for Christmas from a kind person at church. I was grateful not to have to decide which set to get her with sooooo many choices out there. My 10 yr old had asked for a non-breakable one on her wish list (only because she has naughty 2 and 4 yr old brothers! and didn't want them broken#. I was worried she might not like it for the size, because she also wanted a larger sized tea set. She LOVES it though. There are a lot of family tea parties going on around here. She is just going to try and hide it from the little stinkerbug brothers to ensure it's long life.As for some of the details about the set: The silverware #metal looking plastic with porcelin handles# is so sweet #no print on the handles...just plain white# The graphics are very nicely printed on the dishes as well. I'm a graphic artist, and get frustrated with cheap toy porcelin tea sets that the print and picture looks awful #the coloring is often dull and pixelly# This lady bug set is very well done with the print, picture, and coloring. The wicker basket is also well made, and I love that it neatly closes with hidden velcro at the top. She and her #not like some weak/flimsy wicker) sister love the tea set, and so do I. 12/26/2011
Not what I expected I bought the tea set for my niece because she loves having real tea parties. The set is VERY small. I guess it may would probably be good for a little girl to pretend with or maybe for displaying purposes. 01/06/2011
