Rated 5 out of 5 by rOcKeRo83 Great tricycle I ordered this tricycle for my mother's birthday and Christmas present, both dates are closed to one another. Now, it took about two weeks from site to store. It took me about 40 minutes to fully assemble the tricycle. It performs nicely, once it gathers speed it just keeps on going. Minor technical notes. The chain that came with it, was about a link short, so I had to modify the chain, went to Wal*Wart got myself a chain repair kit and it was done in a matter of minutes. The second day the chain snapped, I recheck to see what had happen, and the rear axle star was misaligned to one side so I had to fix the chain again, and tightly secure the start because the screws that hold it to the axle were loose. After that, It only took my mom couple hours of practice getting used to three wheels and getting the hang of steering. But she loves it. I might get a electric wheel conversion kit to ease her the hills where we live. 02/08/2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by fatherthatcamps could be better I got this a few days ago put it together and had a few issues. The rear end is already assembled you just bolt it up and add the tires. Putting it together eas easy enough, then for it's shakedown ride I noticed some popping and rubbing in the rear end?? One of the rear wheels was pressed together from the factory so tight the bearings were locked up. Also the drum brake was rubbing metal to metal, it was pressed on crooked. The axle was also bound up and slightly bent. Last the front brake was way out of adjustment. I fixed all of these little things that the factory did wrong and now I'm happy. I like to tinker on stuff but if you don't pay a bicycle shop to put it together. Overall the bike is made with the cheapest materials but it works fine. 10/01/2009
