Schwinn Mark II Bike Trailer and Stroller 4.7 5 21 26
Great Value Honestly, I bought this trailer to save gas and get some exercise a couple days a week. It is not bottom of the line, but no where near top of the line, either. I spent a little more money (like $20) to get the Schwinn instead of the InStep model. Although they are built by the same manufacturer, I opted for the Schwinn because the red color is more visible. Bottom of the line trailers have flimsier frames or smaller tires (which make them very low to the ground). Top of the line trailers can be 3 to 5 times more expensive (and a lot heavier, too).My kids are 3 1/2 years and 1 year old. They are both big for their age, but no where near the weight limits of the trailer. My son is a little cramped, but fortunately he thinks it's fun. I was hoping the trailer would last until he goes to kindergarten, but I don't know if he will fit two years from now.I haven't used the stroller wheel or handle attachments, yet. There is plenty of cargo space for the kids' day care stuff, my briefcase, a change of clothes, and my purse. My only complaint is the shoulder harness buckles are plastic and not very user-friendly. I am getting used to them. 07/21/2008
nice trailer I really was surprised at how light this product is!! I have 2 girls one is 27 lbs and the other is 40 lbs and i have no problem pushing this as a stroller or towing it behind the bike. Space is a little cramped though. I bought this product b/c it was about 4 inches wider than others, unfortunatelly the seat doesn't really span the entire width of the cart so you dont really get to use those extra inches. If just one of the kids is in there its perfect. Also the stroller feature is very nice and easy to assembly. My only negative is if you are a jogger this would not be ideal, b/c the trailer is so light you have a tendancy to lift it up which makes the wheel act like a bad grocey cart wheel spinning around and what not. When walking have not had this problem ever, just when I am at a really fast pace. But again that problem is due to the lightness of the trailer so really there could be worse things. all in All loving it! 03/28/2009
Love it! I bought this early spring of last year. I put over 200 miles on my bike pulling this trailer and loved every mile. Usually only my 1 year old was in the trailer, but sometimes my 2 year old was as well. I spent hours researching trailers last winter and am happy I didn't spend any more. This one works great, folds flat for transporting, and looks sharp. I can't wait for the snow to melt so we can get it out again. 02/14/2009
Great for small kids and dogs. A great way to take our dog Tobi with us, we love her so much and would not want to leave her behind. She loves the trailer too. 07/10/2007
