Schwinn - FreeWheeler Jogging Stroller, Blue/Gray 3.5 5 4 4
Exceeded my expectations! I'm not sure why this stroller hasn't gotten more stars? And i surely don't know why people seem to talk down on it either? As a normal young mother, with an average income, this stroller is mid-range, and is highly recommenced by me! When i ordered it, i was fearing that the seat wouldn't incline all the way up properly, or "enough for the baby to see" because that was what i was reading about on all of the reviews written from various sites on it, but i completely disagree. When stationed at the very highest, it is just like any other stroller seat and my 18 month old daughter, though short, can still see over the tray; SIDE NOTE: the tray is removable!! It has a nicely padded seat liner which is also removable and washable, but is SO cozy and cute. My buying point was the extra large canopy. You just cannot beat that, it's important to me to have my child protected from the sun, and this adjustable canopy hardly even needs to be adjusted, its perfect! It has a parent tray, which i love. It has a hand strap since there is no hand brake, which is great. There is a side pocket and an elastic cup holder for the child on the inner sides of the seat. The storage basket is big enough, it is light weight, has great wheels and steers so smoothly. It also is very pleasing to look at. I gave it 4/5 on the "ease of set up" because my husband said the instructions could have been a bit better in describing the process, but that's the ONLY area that wasn't a 5. I would highly recommend this stroller to anyone who wants something that has an energetic and youthful look, that steers well, protects your child amply from the sun, and isn't $500.Cheers from us!! 07/20/2011
great stroller, suits our needs Perfect for our needs and works great so far (after 2wks of use on runs & walks (3-4 miles/day) on paved roads. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it's comparable in quality to our graco (non-jogging) stroller (some metal/some plastic parts, adjustable to height, etc. I like the feature of the front wheel being stationary (for runs) or swivel (for walks). Only thing I dislike is that I have to put a towel behind my baby's back so she can see out (the seat doesn't tilt up high enough) 04/29/2010
good for price I should have known when all reviews stated "good for price"...which translates to "you get what you pay for". It is nice that the stroller reclines enough to support my 3.5 month old without a car seat, also, the large tires allow us to walk the beach. Unfortunately, I bought the stroller to jog...not stroll the beach. The front wheel shakes and the whole stroller pulls to the left. It is also bulky (which doesn't particularly bother me since I leave it open in the garage and don't travel around with it). I will be returning the stroller. NOT good for jogging or fast paced walking. 05/20/2011
It's still bulky when it's fold and there is no lock/nothing to hold the fold stroller together. It comes un-folding every every easy! 06/29/2010
