Rated 5 out of 5 by REFan Exactly What I Was Looking For Of course, I'm interested in losing weight.And I take time to exercise.I stopped running over a year ago because of OA knees.I walk with weights and swim, but even walking can cause pain.I've ridden this bike several times, for an hour at a time.No joint pain. Just tired muscles. Yay!I ran for years, now come the biking years.I can even read and use my iPad while on the bike.Recumbent eliptical is more expensive, but worth it to me.Note that I still swim and do upper body exercise, at other times. 03/29/2013
