Rated 5 out of 5 by GrandpaK1935 Definitely a superior product of its type Requires assembly but this is no problem if you can read and follow directions. Pieces are all precision cut, pre-drilled where necessary, fit together easily and the result is a remarkably sturdy product. Style fits in nicely with almost any decor. Pull-out tray for keyboard conserves desktop "real estate" - a key feature figuring in our selection of this product. As with other Sauder products we've purchased, engineering is clever and fastening methods ingeneous - e.g. a drawer assembly which requires only two nails to complete. 07/15/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by stephinwa Great for the price, perfect for a student! What a great desk! Not too big, not too small. I wanted to get a desk that my son could grow with through the years and this is perfect! If you don't mind not having real wood like me, this desk will suit you perfectly! 01/17/2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by KidInCollege Good Desk but is too low for me I bought this desk because it was a really affordable price, it had enough desk space to do homework on, and it saved space by having a keyboard drawer, plus it looks nice. Everything pretty much met my expectations except the fact that the drawer for the keyboard is too low. This would be fine if I didn't like to cross my legs while sitting on my chair, but I always do, and I can't cross my legs and pull the keyboard out at the same time because they collide. The way I deal with this is by not pulling the keyboard drawer out at all, and just typing without looking under the desk. I know that this is just a personal issue though. If I was the type of person that didn't like to cross their legs while sitting, this desk would be perfect. But I have to cross my legs or I else I'm not comfortable, and typing under the desk is not comfortable either.Other than that, this desk is perfect. It looks very sturdy and strong, and is sturdy enough. It does shake a bit if you do shake it though, its not completely rock solid after you put it together, but what do you expect, but in all other cases, like when I'm writing, it does not move at all. I really like the color too, but try not to get it scratched though because the surface will chip off, and that will make the desk look really cheap (well it is). This desk also has a nice design. The legs are not just boring blocks like many other cheap desks. and I really like the handles for the drawers as well. Putting it together was not that difficult, I did it myself with the help of my dad, because in some cases, I was too weak, but it is not hard to put together. However, there were two instances where the drawers just randomly fell when I was at my computer. This was probably because I was crossing my legs, which was a pain because all my stuff fell everywhere. It only took like five minutes to fix it though and hasn't happened in a while, but just thought I should mention it.The thing I like most is that there is so much desk space! My keyboard does not take up any space, which is fantastic! I just wish the desk was a bit higher, that's all. If you like to cross your legs when sitting at your computer desk, don't get this. Find a taller desk, because it's not worth it. If you don't, then there is nothing wrong with this desk and it is great, and the price is really affordable, especially if you're a poor college kid who has to buy everything themselves. 02/01/2013
