The entire storage area has the capacity to hold 32 cardboard case VHS tapes, 28 oversized case VHS tapes, 84 CDs or 64 DVDs. This traditional style storage TV stand made of engineered wood and fitted with brass finish hardware lets you organize your living space while enhancing the appearance. The engineered wood TV stand can be assembled at ease. Looks solid, great use of space The unit is very robust and has enough space to hold my 32" lcd + my Xbox in an upright position with some clearance. The shelves on the sides are deeper than I thought, so I could pack a lot of clutter and yet make it look clean from the front.I didn't like the fact they packed 155 lbs in a single package without a proper handle to hold. You'll need help to load/unload and carry to your drawing room if you're my size. Breaking into 2/3 packages would have largely helped.I expected the colour to be as bright as it is in the photo but it still looks awesome in my drawing room. The panel on the back of TV is soft & weak (as is the case with most of these furnitures). These do not bring down the value to me so I'll definitely recommend this to a friend. 01/29/2012
This is really nice. I bought this for myself. It is in my living room and every one loves it.It has places to put so many pretty things on. Did not take that long to put together. 03/12/2012
Great Entertainment Center for a low price. It is very heavy, so you should bring or have someone with you to pick it up and to set it up. You are going to need a lot of floor space to put it together. The step-by-step manual as usual is a little confusing, but if you just study it like i did and follow the directions, you will be good. It looks great, it smells great and made my room look a lot neater. I love it!!! It's everything i wanted it to be. I'm really happy with my E.C. 04/23/2012
Nice looking piece, heavy, sturdy. Very substanial, matches my furniture very nicely, especially my Grandfather Clock. I will use it as a display case, book case, and audio/video center; however, not a tv stand. I will place two shelves where the tv was suppose to be placed.gmyv 04/03/2012
