    Pretty but NOT what I thought This item is pretty to look at, but in practice it is a little awkward. There are two shelves that pull out one on the bottom (printer shelf) that is attached to a permenant slide pull out; this works well and is convenient. The second shelf (upper) however is for lap top use and is not attached to anything, it pulls out completely...this seems a bit unstable as it rests on the doors when open, also it is an awkward height to sit at. You would have to have a wireless printer and work from another desk or table or something in my opinion. I wouldn't recommend unless you either fix that top shelf and use for paper or something and had a wireless printer. 08/24/2010
    It's not IKEA IKEA furniture has a 8 page manual and one allen key to build the entire thing. What you end up having is a decent piece of furniture that is often uneven, fairly decent in appearance, but flimsy overall. This product along with most Sauder products is gonna take you some time more screws more tools but the end result is a beautiful piece of furniture that you can sit on, lay on, and just short of solid oak furniture but more functional and useful.I'd say this product is for a person who knows how to use tools but doesn't do their own carpentry. If you can't build IKEA right, don't buy this. 06/30/2010
