It should fit in the trunk but if not would definitely fit in the back seat. It comes in sheets of wood that you assemble. So, It is longer than it is wide. The table and chair set and the toy chest box both fit in the back seat of my Toyota Corolla

Yes. It will fit in your mazda. The package is not that big, but it's super heavy. I am a petite woman and can lift it and move it in the trunk. It would even fit on top of the front seat.

I bought this for my 2 1/2 year old grandson and its perfect size for him, might be to small for a five year old.

My 2 year old And 8 year old grandchildren use it

My daughter will be 5 in August. She is very tall for her age
and as big as some 6 year olds. This set has been perfect for her.
My son who is 7 sits there with her to have tea parties.

yes i have a 4 year old thas's just as tall as a 5 year old and he fits just fine.

I purchased mine for a 7 year old. A 5 year old would be perfect.

I think the set would last longer and look nicer if only five year olds used it. My 2 year old bangs and scratches it all over. The only concern would be if your 5 year old did not fit well. My son is 40 inches tall and it fits him well. It's roomy for his legs when he sits at the table and the table height fits him well.

This is more for younger kids. Ideal for ages 1-5

I bought it for my 18 month old granddaughter. She's a perfect fit. I would imagine that unless she'd be a petite girl (doubtful as she's quite tall for her age already) age 5 to 7 would be a maximum for usage.
