Great steam, sad plastic rotating head broke Great steam and smell and disinfectant light before the plastic rotating head broke but if you simply angle it and leave it be and never rotate you'll be fine, steam is plenty and powerful so I still recommend. 06/10/2010

Excellent Results, Very Impressed. Removed all my blackheads during first use. Simple set up. Just attached wand. Fill with cool water, add essential oils (if you desire not required), and turn on. Steam begins about 6 minutes. With maximum water level just under 2 cups, steam lasts around 30 minutes. Once water level reaches minimum machine automatically turns ozone off. Nice. Noticable improvement in skin and feels great. Like the tabletop feature as I was able to read a book while I gave myself the facial treatment. 12/10/2011
