Awesome Product I purchased the Sanyo ECJ-HC100 a month ago. I am amazed at how easy this product is to use as well as the great end results. I have used both the white and brown rice cycles and both work beautifully. I'm very happy I purchased the larger size as it's a perfect slow cooker too. I've used the porridge cycle to make great desserts and I love that it comes with 2 internal pans. Both are easy to clean after use. I am still trying the many versatile options on this unit. I was skeptical at first about the claims of a "fuzzy logic" rice cooker, but I'm thrilled to admit that it does exactly what it promises. It's easy to use, easy to clean, eliminates the need for multiple appliances and I definitely recommend this product to everyone. 03/16/2009
Good product I have made rice with this machine as well as steamed some vegetables and made a slow cooker meal. All of them turned out tasty and cooked to specifications. I recommend this cooker for a multitude of things; great value. 03/13/2009
Arrived with factory defect I was unable to use the product as it arrived with a factory defect on the slow cooker/steamer bowl so I returned it.I was very dissatisfied with the quality control. There is no way that the ring around the outside of the pot that was unfinished compared to the rest of the pot could have been missed. Therefore I bought another brand. 01/03/2011
poor quality When I got the rice cooker, I was happy with the purchase even it costs more than 100 bucks. It cooked rice quite well. But, after 13 months(one month after the 1-year warranty expired), it stopped working. The lights still work, but the pot keeps a room temperature. 03/22/2011
