Rated 5 out of 5Â by chinster great con- wifi ready and not built in (which is the D5500 and is 100 dollars more). if you want to acces the internet/ netflix, you have to buy an adapter which can run about an extra 100 anyway, so if u want to use the internet capabilities just buy the d550. I have a smart tv that has built in wifi, so i dont mind.pro- crystal sound, beautiful picture, great 3d, love i phone docking station, love this thing its great 09/30/2011

Would prefer wireless speakers that's why I gave it a 4 star. I am controlling my iPhone via the blue ray players remote. A single hdmi cable can sync a TV that has an audio return channel hdmi port.definitely recommend it. 11/05/2011

When reading the q & a's for the product it says you can make the rear speakers wireless by purchasing a certain receiver. The receiver doesn't make them completely wireless, the speakers plug into receiver instead of the actual system. This makes it so you don't have to run the wires all over your house but isn't as handy if you were wanting to mount the speakers on the wall. If they had made that clearer we might not have purchased this system. 12/10/2011
Rated 4 out of 5Â by Platy12 HT-D5300 met all expectations with exceptional sound and fm radio presets. Easy to put togetherand use. No problems with blu ray player and remote is easy to use. Only con I would say wouldbe that the instruction manual could be written much clearer. Some of the instructions are vague and it takes some experimentation to work it out.Overall though, a worthwhile purchase for a home theater unit. 01/02/2012
