It's like a very portable tablet and a phone, all in one.. perfect to watch movies, surf internet, play games, write notes..so so many options!! Android is just awesome!... and this is the unlocked version, which will allow you to use your phone with other Sim-card companies ( like ATT and T-mobile). Mostly all of the European countries use SimCard so if you travel there, and want to use a local service, with this phone you could take it there and use it!.. For me.. Best phone ever!.. 02/18/2012

Because over all you save on buying your own phone and having a less expensive Service like Straight Talk. But this isn't a Straight Talk Review, so on to the phone. The phone is smooth, responsive, easy to read and view, even for these older eyes. Easy operation and it does everything you could want a phone or tablet to do. It's amazing! Honestly, unless you have frail small hands, this phone is for you and even then, try it before you say No. It's a Win Win for everyone! Thanks Samsung! 08/30/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Asinthior Great Phone The Samsung Galaxy Note is a great hybrid between a tablet and a smart phone. The android system combined with the storage capacity allows you to install A LOT of apps (this is my second Android phone, and the first ran out of space so I had to start deleting apps to install new ones), to do the most incredible things and the most amazing feature is that you can save and edit screenshots and share them through email in a number of format such as PDF or JPEG. It's really convenient for me, because I use my phone for work. I'm constantly sent stuff from work to make comments or revisions. With my previous phone I could read emails, but could not really edit a file and send it back because the screen was too little. Now with this huge screen, I can read, edit and send back any file without having to wait until I can turn my laptop on. And this powerful device fits in my jeans pocket. I was afraid it might be too big, but it's perfect to hold it in my hand or to carry in a pocket. And it comes with a stylus, so I don't have to worry about leaving the screen full of finger prints.It can do everything an iPhone can and more. The screen is equally impressive and the camera takes amazing pictures. Google maps is fully integrated so I don't need a GPS for the car anymore, I just used it to navigate around New York city and I got everywhere I wanted to go using subways.It's just and awesome phone. 10/26/2012
