Safety 1st - Winnie the Pooh Baby Walker, Happy Day Pooh 3.7 5 83 93
Son Loves It Our 36-week-old son loves this product. It was fairly easy to put together and the toys are wonderful. He is very entertained playing with them. His six-year-old brother likes pushing him from room to room which little brother appreciates too.It would be nice if it had more height settings then just two; slightly lower would work better for us. 01/31/2010
I don't know how to rate this, I would say it's a great value if it works out. But with its major functional problem, I don't know what the value will be then.I bought this during the weekend, and set it up within 10 mins. Normally, I will carefully unwrap new item, in case I need to return them. For this one, I thought it's a great value with all the toys and the Pooh's stuff, and I would definitely keep it. So, I simply tossed away all the wraps and plan to recycle the box.My daughter is 8 months old, during her 6 months regular check up, her height is in 90th%tile. I was on the same shoes with many parents who reviewed this, we all thought that it's our baby was not tall enough for the walker.I happened to visit a friend of mine yesterday who has a 11+ months baby, who started to walk with some help, and her height is about the same as my 8 months old daughter. I put my 8 months old baby to their Chicco brand walker, and it fits just right with the lowest setting. I realized that my daughter is not too short for her age, it's the design of this walker does not meet the standard. Here is my conclusion: DON'T buy it. Unless you have a VERY tall baby for this. Many reviews showed that most parents were thinking their babies are too short for this. No...your baby is normal, it's the design flaw of this walker. Your baby can probably able to use this walker when they actually started to walk....with the lowest setting, not to mention the highest setting. Now, I'm trying to figure out how to return this without those wrap, and it's probably very difficult to take out those toys from the plate. Hopefully, they can accept the return. 03/17/2010
Height can be fixed We love this walker. It was too tall for my "tall son" when we got it home but my husband looked underneath it and realized that it was easy to correct the problem ourselves. All he did was unscrew the bottom portion that controls the height and he drilled two new holes then put it back together. Very simple!! Now our son can reach the floor perfectly. 05/31/2010
I love this walker... my son is almost 8 months old now and he loves it as well.. he is 25 inches long and he can reach the floor flat footed just fine... One thing i did notice about the 3 height adjustments were that i also thought there were only two heights, until my son was in the walker and i held the top with my knees while i pressed the button and slowly let down, i then found the third and shortest adjustment. I could never get it short enough inless he was actually sitting in it before i adjusted it though! Overall he rather enjoys rolling backwards all over the house! 11/07/2010
