I was needing a new carseat but wasnt quite ready to put her in a regular booster seat. even though some say 30lbs and up. the only reason i gave it 4 stars and not 5 is the cup holder isnt super stable almost like it tilts a little bit. but other then that I LOVE it it is very well worth the money! I would def buy again and def recommend this. also the head rest goes up alot so it grows with your child so she has plenty of room to grow still. 09/27/2012
