Great Product I purchased this doorbell system a few months ago and it has been a life saver. Being a stay at home mom, I get people at my door trying to sell me stuff all day, with this system, I just push a button and tell them to go away! I don't even have to answer the door!My Husband set it up in about 20 minutes, he said it was simple, since it connected right up our old door-bell wiring. The multiple doorbell chimes are also great, I have mine set on the "Hello" chime, it's really cute and my son just loves it.I am not sure what "TJD03" is talking about with it only working when the doorbell is pressed. My system has a "VIEW" button on it that lets me see and hear outside and pressing the talk button lets you see, hear and talk outside - without people having to press the doorbell (Great for if you want to tell solicitors to go away before they even get to your door..lol).Either way, I think he must be confused with another product, especially since I pre-ordered this system before it was released and that was about 6-7 months ago.I highly recommend this product to people, since I bought this, I have had 2 Other moms in my neighborhood buy it as well! 04/01/2010
Useless Intercom doesn't work unless person outside presses the bell. No one presses the bell, everyone bangs on the door instead. This is a 200$ peephole. I bought it a year ago and have to buy a separate intercom. I called the company and they were of no help sice it is a poor design! 02/26/2010
Very nice product for low price. Installed for an elderly person. Easy for her to use. Very easy to install and worked as stated and the picture quality and audio are very clear. Did install using its own supplied wiring not the existing doorbell wiring. It was shipped the next day after ordering. Was very pleased with this item for the price. 05/31/2011
Easy Setup, Works Great My Wife, and I decided to purchase this product so it would be easier to speak, too and see who's at the door without having to answer it. This product was very easy to install, and works great. The product packaging, and instructions were more than sufficient. The price is really good as well considering I was getting quotes of over $400.00 from installers in my area. I'm very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone. 03/25/2012
