An alternative to dead weights I use to lift weights years ago but stopped. Picked up the bands and started to feel the workout right away. This is great when traveling, work or quick workout at home. I would recommend this product to everybody.. 11/09/2010
This is very effective if you want to loose weight... I like to use it as we live in a small apartment and do not have much room for more exercise equipments and gym is far. 07/17/2011
easy on the knees and elbows I hadn't exercised much in years because of bad knees. A friend gave me this, and I use it sitting down, doing a lot of upper body exercises, and use the item for a "bicycle" motion around my feet.I use it twice a day for 15 to 20 minutes a day. My knees don't hurt when I'm done, I feel better, and I've lost a few inches around my waist just under a month. Use it while working on computer or watching t.v.! 01/22/2012
Not as much resistance as expected. I thought that the resistance would be greater but it is well built. Got is for my husband. Door attachment slides easily between door. The one for me from The Firm was heavier so we switched. 04/28/2011
