Great swing doctor You can take this product out of the box and be swinging away in literally 2 minutes. Velcro straps have a rubber-gripping interior that clings to whatever pole you are using. The softball can be adjusted to any swing height in a matter of secconds. My daughter is 7-years-old and never before swung at anything NOT on a tee until this year. Suffice to say, there has been an adjustment period. After only a week with this hit-a-way, she is smacking line drives just like her teammates with years of experience. The best part about this product is the ease of repitition. Once the proper hitting technique is achieved, you can average about one swing every 5-6 seconds. No need to go field the ball, as it is tethered with strong cords. The ONLY drawback is that if the hitter shanks a swing, the ball most likely has to be rewound around the pole to restart the process 04/24/2010
My batting has been improved after using this product. No time to go to batting cage and I can get good exercise in 20 minutes. I wish the ball is more highly compressed. It is mushy and does not last long enough for me... 10/07/2009
