Their are lots of sizes of deck boxes, and lots of sizes of patio cushions!!

Suggest you look at the spec for the box you are buying, and get out your tape measure.

The Patio Storage Bench outside dimensions are 24.3"L x 53.0"W x 31.6H". It will not likely hold 6 large patio cushions. You would need to measure them for size.

I don't know about patio cushions, but it holds 4 adult size life jackets and 3 flotation cushions easily.

No, it will not hold those cushions. I have this bench and the interior measurements are a lot smaller than the exterior measurements - interior measurements are: 39" long, 16" front to back and 12" deep. The walls of the container and thick and hollow. It stands up to the sun well - I've had my bench over 5 years sitting in the hot Alabama sun. I bot a cushion that fits it perfectly but I don't put that on unless I am going to sit on it - otherwise I keep the cushion out of the weather. The bench is on my front porch and I keep my lawn sprinklers, bird food, and small hand tools in it. I like the bench; it is perfect for my use - and as said by others, 2 adults can sit on it.

The box says 250 lbs. But I weigh 275 lbs. And it holds me up with no problems

It is stamped with a 400 pound weight limit, and we have sat 2 adults on it with no problem.
