Was looking for a weather resistant storage box for our screened porch for cushions and pillow storage. That would double as a coffee table. This box does that. I also like that it's square vs rectangular so it's more of a table than a bench, but it could also be used for extra seating.

Perfect for the porch!

The trunk and matching cube are wonderful additions to a newly refurbished deck. The trunck was purchased for a portion of the deck that is rarely used. I couldn't bare to have it not be a focal point so I moves some chairs and made it kind of a bench along the side of the main deck area. Considerably more stylish than the old wooden box that I had to replace. The trunk had only one issue but seemed to correct itself. The ends on the top seemed to curl up a bit on the ends but after a relatively hot day they seemed to be flat. Love the new basketweave look. The cube serves as a small middle table for the Bose and to set drinks on.

These work well for an end table and storage. Big enough to hold cushion backs and extra pillows and seem to be water proof and mouse proof! They are plastic so I'm not sure how long the screws will hold it together but you can always use PL400 I suppose. It looks like plastic too. so maybe not for some who like quality wicker furniture.

After reading some of the reviews, I was a little leery of purchasing this box, but it was just the size for storing Grandchildren's toys on our back porch. It took me alone about 45 mins. to assemble it which wasn't bad. It had a few scuff marks on it but not bad enough to return it since it was for the screened in back porch. It held everything I needed to store and it looks very nice. I'm not sure I would use it as extra seating for a large person, but will be fine for children and average size adults. All in all, I'm pleased.

It is very cute and I'm happy with it but I it is kinda cheaply made so when it arrived all four corners were dented plus the lid doesn't have hinges or anything so u have to take the whole lid off instead of just raising it up but overall I'm pleased with it. It looks nice

Not 5 stars but not bad

Good quality for the price. Rubbermaid could do a MUCH better job with the assembly instruction booklet. Part markings don't match booklet. Instructions are just pictures; words would help. Had to call for help to understand how to slide corners on; easy once they explain it!

Great product over all, but needs a hinged lid. As it is now, the lids just sits on top of the container base, unless there's a gust of wind & then it can blow off.

Product arrived with scratches on surfaces related to poor packaging and movement of parts in box during shipment to store. I had to decide whether to return or keep. I decided to keep and build box per instruction manual because I didn't want to take the time to start over. Once built and ignoring surface scratches, the rubbermaid Basketweave Deck Box is as advertised and does what it claims to be able to do.

As advertised, if it arrives unscathed

Delivery was great and price was comparable to other places. But item came in damaged and I can't figure out how to contact the seller. Walmart states you have to contact them directly for a credit or refund. After putting it together I would like to order a replacement part for the lid.

The box is great looking and very sturdy ( for a plastic box ), the problem is that the lid warps as soon as the sun hits it, by midday its limp as a noodle and fits PERFECTLY but as soon as it cools down in the evening its wrapped again.

I reached out to Rubbermaid's customer support but they have not responded as yet so back it goes to Wal-mart.

Great looking until you put it in the sun....
