Due to jobs, promotions, losses, family growth, storage needs, and having an American lifestyle, we have purchased these containers of varying color, style, and design throughout the years, and these containers are now treasurers of our dwellings. Nothing, no brand ever matches them in durability. We started owning these in 90's, and end up buying them with our Christmas purchases every year. You produce the best home, office, storage, work, containers, hands down. Get as many as you can. You'll never run out of uses. There is no other container I recommend. Rubbermaid! Get it. 02/07/2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by ab100 storage totes are so durable I have children and over the years have used many different kinds of storage totes. The only storage I ever suggest or buy now is the RUBBERMAID ROUGHNECK. The other types of hard plastic storage items are easily cracked and broken. The roughneck have never broken on us as we use them for camping gear,toy boxes,storage for clothes and many other uses. LOVE this product. Thanks Rubbermaid! 02/07/2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by steve14 THE LIDS I am always using the 18 gallon 10 gallon bins. I see that you DO NOT offer a lifetime warranty anymore. Why? Also the newer bins sometimes are difficult to remove the lids and on other ones the lids DON'T stay on that well. 02/07/2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by MAZmom83 Garage Storage In a Box My husband and I purchase these roughneck boxes regularly, with three kids in the house. There's no end of durability with these boxes! They stack easily inside of each other when not being used, and are easy to clean and keep contaminants out.The only downside is, if you have significant changes in temparature, let's say a really hot summer to a really cold winter, the boxes have sometimes cracked in one of the top corners. Given the pliability of the plastic, I was surprised this happened. We live in the midwest, so these types of drastic temperature changes are rare. My best guess was that it occurred during a weak point in the season and the box on top of the box that cracked must have been sitting on it just right to have caused the damage.However, for the money, you know you're getting a value and there's certainly no loss in using these for every kind of storage you'd ever need. These boxes hold our kid's clothing, old toys, keepsakes, holiday decorations, and more!If you're looking for a good general storage box that will keep your items safe, clean, and well organized, look no further than the Roughneck Storage Box. 02/07/2013
