I ran out and bought a chicken to cook. I was amazed at the speed of cooking and the wonderful jucy flavor from simply rubbing the chicken down with seasoning before cooking. I am using it for almost every dinner. The clean up is a breeze too. I love it love it love it! 06/08/2010
