What material is this roll-up mat made from? Rubber? Felt?

It was green and yes, I agree, I wish there were other colours so the puzzle pieces that are green would show up more on the mat.

Yes from what i see in mine it is green like shown in the picture as well as a friend of mine that has one is.

Is the color of the surface for puzzle roll up mat M50501 always green as shown.

It lays flat once you get the few wrinkles out from the packing. It does hold the puzzle in place.

Does this lay flat after being rolled up, or do the edges curl up while working on puzzle??

My husband and I love to do puzzles, even more so during the pandemic. This mat allows us to work on a puzzle and put it away fi we need our dining room table to eat. Keeps all our pieces and our work in one safe and secure place.

Great puzzle saver!

Roll-up storage mat holding a nearly complete, 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle cannot be rolled tightly enough to fit w/in the 3-part tube. However, the mat essentially serves its purpose of transporting an unfinished puzzle, w/ a few "breakups."

It makes sense that it is felt as without it being felt with rollers, I am not sure how it would do. In fact, it wouldn't work. I am sure once I get used to using it that it will be better.

I guess I thought it would be something else.

I found it hard to work a puzzle on this material. It was hard to move or transfer a piece of puzzle to another area of the puzzle. Also, when I rolled up the puzzle, pieces fell out on the table.

I would not recommend this product.  When you roll it up, pieces of the puzzle fall out.    Not worth the money.

Mat does not work

Just does not perform as advertised! Won't hold pieces in place as you roll.
Would not recommend to anyone!

Skip This Purchase!

Flimsy piece of crap.  telescoping tube is 3 pieces of cardboard that don't even connect so they will come apart.   Flimsy felt, no instructions saying whether they sticky pads go outside or inside.  You can tell your puzzle will come apart if you try to roll it up.

I'm sending this back!
