It is 34-1/2" to the shelf, but only 30-1/4" to the bottom of the front trim piece that would probably not stick out past the tank lid.

you could leave that out, but be sure to anchor the thing to the wall

this crossbar should be included in with your cabinet. Good look on getting it to fit above your toilet. It does not fit over a standard size toilet...................

It&#39;s about 4-5&quot;. I just set a thing of baby wipes between the toilet lid and the shelf. Fits perfectly.

From ground to my toilet water tank top is height 28&quot;, this unit bottom part height is 36.5&quot;, if count from ground to the bottom of the curved front bar then it is 32.5&quot;.
So, from top of the water tank the clearance is 4.5&quot; but the space inside is actual 8.5&quot;

The instructions were good with step by step instructions. Takes a while with patience. I didn't use the bottom crossbar due to the toilet's plumbing, although once I secured the unit to the wall, it felt very sturdy.  Very happy with quality

We have been very pleased with this product. It feels very sturdy. We fastened the unit to the wall, so it is not going anywhere. The louvered doors make the unit look very classy.

We had previously purchased a different brand of toilet space saver, and had to return it because the unit was wobbly after being fully built. Not the case with this unit. By the way, that unit was more expensive than this one!

I highly recommend this unit.

Solid Construction, Looks Great, Low price

This space saver is made well, exceptionally easy to put together. I had never put anything together like this and I had it done fast, easy. The quality is great. Absolutely does not look cheap.
I love it! I highly recommend!

Exceeded My Expectation

Just purchased my space saver, it was a little time consuming putting all the parts together, but it was well worth it, the finished product looks gorgeous, I highly recommend

The box it came in was a little beat up but everything inside was protected pretty good. All the pieces fit together as they were suppose to. The holes that were drilled for the wooden dowels were slightly larger than the dowel so I added some glue. The one thing that could use improvement was the strength of the "cams" that are turned by a screwdriver. If you put too much torgue on the cam it could snap in half. It needs to be made out of stronger material.

All in all it is a pretty nice bathroom cabinet. If the toilet is right up against the back wall, you will need to put the bottom brace board on last on the bottom half.

Better quality than I thought

This stand is, overall, not bad for the price. Assembly was a bit of a pain for someone doing it alone, especially the last step of putting the top on and aligning the doors. In my apartment, the plumbing behind the toilet must be higher than standard, because after I had the whole thing built, I had to go back and take the back (bottom) support off, redrill pilot holes for the screws, and move it up about 3 inches.
If you can't fasten it to the wall (like me), it is a little wobbly. But the storage space is good, and the appearance is very nice.

Not bad

When we received the box it was in perfect condition however when we opened it we immediately saw that one of the cabinet doors had two huge scuffs or cuts on it. Then it looks like they tried to cover it up by spraying white paint over top it but instead it looks like a flat paint on a glossy paint. Almost looks like someone tried to "distress" it like people do now to make furniture look old and worn. However it's the only two places on the whole cabinet. If they had been anywhere else it would not have been so horribly noticeable. But it's right at eye level on the front door. We did not want to go through the hassel of packing it up and taking it back. So my husband put it together. It was not horrible to put together but it was a chore.
We did secure it to the wall and it is very secure. It would have been great if not for the marks. We are going to try to do something to make it less noticeable.

Scuffed cabinet door

Received this cabinet, the cabinet is real nice, there is a issue with this cabinet it does not fit over a standard size toilet, and in the specifications it does not give you all the measurements.

The box had missing parts, screws and holes for being able to put the product together. A total waste of my time and gas.

Terrible product

I did not receive the correct parts for one of the shelfs inside which made it very difficult to assemble since all the pieces work together to keep it structurally safe. So, I'm missing a shelf which makes it much less functional.
