I was shocked there was no recipe book with it however you can't complain with how great it is! Thank you! Oh and I must ad the perfect size for my little apartment! Now that my children are all grown I don't know how to cook for one person I'm so use to cooking for 6. Now it's just me I didn't think the slow cooker could hold enough of what I wanted to put in it, I love my Rival it cooks just as good has the bigger slow cooker. My food was good, hot, and tender. It showed me, and I love it. Oh yes it's easy to clean, I let it cook all night and the next morning my food was ready. 05/09/2013
