Difficult to use Very poor instructions on how to use.My hair would slide out of clamp.Put it in my drawer and bought a regular 3/4" iron which works much better 09/05/2009
The only problems I'm having is the temperature knob is in a horrible place and no matter what I try to do, I will always be constantly changing the temp. Also, a lot of people said the curls stayed in their hair, It's been about 4 hours since I curled my hair and most of them are just waves now. With a regular barrel iron, I never need hairspray, and was hoping this curler would hold as well, but it does not. Other than that, it's actually rather simple to use, people made a bigger deal than it really is and overall it's nice for what you pay. 09/23/2011

I was very excited when i got this iteam first thing i did when i got home was open it i let it it heat up for a minute i started curling my hair and WHALLA!! a perfect spiral tight curl you can also do loose curls! I would recommend this to anyone i absolutley LOVE ITT! 01/25/2012
