My only complaint is that the outside casing does get hot so after a bit I have to be more careful of how I use and where I hold it. 07/01/2011

I thought it wasnt going to be all that but shooooooooooot its better than the expensive ones. I have thick hair so I was kinda nervous to get a cheap one but it straightened my hair real good. I used my sisters until mine came and hers is more expensive but let me tell ya, you think cheap ones are bs but it sure worked better than hers, she may needed get her money back and get the REMINGTON ANTI-STATIC DIGITAL CERAMIC STRAIGHTENER lol. The one i had before made my hair like a poof wave kind of thing because my hair is supper thick but when i used this one my hair was totally straight all through the day and it made my hair soft to so i am supper pleased whith this. i think you should go out and buy it 03/07/2012
