The best feature is the cuff will only inflate as far as needed unlike other machines which inflate to about 185 and then start to deflate from there. This machine takes your pressure while inflating and deflating. Again...fantastic BP machine!!! 08/24/2010

I also like that you can have 2 separate users (A and B), so my husband's readings stay separate from mine.It is very easy to use. I really like that it can be used with an A/C adapter or batteries, so I can take it with me in the car.I only gave it 3 stars for durability, because I've owned for 2 months, so I don't know yet if it'll last. 08/22/2010

The monitor cuff is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship appearing within one year from data of purchase when the monitor is use in accordance with the instructions provided with the monitor. The above warranties extend only to the original retail purchaser. We will, at our option, repair or replace without charge any monitor or monitor cuff covered by the above warranties. Repair or Replacement is our only responsibility and your only remedy under the above warranties.
