Not waterproof ALthough the anemone looked great in the tank at first, I started to notice that the outer color was wearing off and pieces of plastic coating were floating around my aquarium and getting lodged in my filter. I was extremely disappointed that an aquarium product was not water proof! This was even the second one I tried since they look so great in the store but was disappointed both times that I could not keep them in the tank for fear they might harm my fish. I'd like to get my money back but didn't save the receipt. 04/16/2010
Not color-fast It started out gorgeous but three months later it looks disgusting because the bright color of the 'anemone' has turned to grayish white. It looks like dead, bleached out worms. The only reason I leave it in the tank is because my gorgeous crown tail betta likes to rest on the soft silicone. As soon as I find a suitable replacement I will toss this eyesore. 03/10/2011
Very disappointed I thought this would add some color and movement to my 10 gallon aquarium. It looked great for a few days and then the pink tips started coming off and floating in the water. When I took it out, the tentacles had gotten some kind of slimy gunk on them and they were sticking together. I cut off all the silicone the other day and put just the rock part back in the aquarium. I hope that solves the problems. It's not worth the money. 03/23/2011
Looks great I bought this for my 20 gal freshwater-tropical tank. There is some coral on it which is nice but I bought it for the anemone. The anemone is pink with white tips and move gently in the current. Sometimes alot of movement and sometimes a very little. Honestly, it looks real to me. 12/14/2009
