does this tv have a fuse or a reset button on it? it off and wont come back on..

Not that I noticed. Try unplugging it for thirst seconds, and then replugging it in. Hope this helps.

A great purchase for a great price

This is a great TV. I've had the 32 inch for about 2 years now & it has worked to perfection. Although I just ordered the 50 inch online about 3 weeks ago & this is SECOND TV I received in 3 weeks with a cracked screen. Not sure if its shipping thats not handling the product well or if the TV itself is very fragile. Overall great TV though.

Great TV but...

I purchased this TV in November 2014. In August of 2016 we tried to turn it on and it would not. I purchased a warranty so they came to pick it up. The next thing I get is an email saying that it was unrepairable and they would be sending me a refund. I called the company and they told me they ordered the part to fix it but the warranty company deemed it unrepairable. Now we have no TV and $218 doesn't replace my sons Christmas present.

Didn't last long

When I got the tv it was completely broken! It looked like someone had beat it with a sledgehammer!

Broke!

Arrived in a plain box that had no indication that it was FRAGILE.  TV was all busted up.  VERY disappointed.

Refurbished EMERSON HDTV  50"

The first TV that was sent was incorrectly packed and arrived broken. They put the TV stand between the inside of the box and the screen. Naturally the screen was a wreck when it arrived. I called customer service and they expedited me a replacement, that also arrived broken. This was was packaged correctly, but the delivery driver looks like he just threw it on my porch and left. It may have been nice for them to put a notice on the box that it was fragile. So I call, again, and they agree to ship me a replacement, again. If this TV arrives broken as well I'm cancelling the order and demanding my money back. I'm very disappointed.

Arrived Broken

Screen arrived cracked.  Returned it.  Looked like a good product but unfortunately was damaged.  I would recommend it but recommend they check it before taking it home.

We were very excited to receive our purchase. The customer service during pick up was great. We arrived home, opened the box and the screen was cracked. We had to return our purchase back to the store. Now we are back to square one. NO TV.

They tv didn't come protected. It was just literally thrown in the box and arrived with a broken screen. I waited more than a week for a broken tv.
