    Rated 2.8 out of 5★ by 23reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5★ by doesn't fit ladies bikes I didn't think I needed to check that as a requirement, but when I tried getting my bike on it next to my husbands it wouldn't fit! It also doesn't fit the larger frame styles. If you have an old road bike, it should work on your car. Not on a mini-van or cross over. 09/02/2011
Rated 1 out of 5★ by Bad Rack/quality This product needs some setting up you will need tools as well as the time to put it together the first time, after bolting everything together I started setting it up on my truck and strapped it down and tightened the adjustment knobs (turned out that the bolt in the knob is coated with plastic) for the tilt and then tightened the bottom straps as the instructions stated and without over tightening the straps the adjustment knobs that are/were coated with plastic stripped the plastic that was over the knob just came off and became worthless there was then no way to adjust the angle of the rack... So I returned this overpriced product and changed it for the-----Allen Deluxe Trunk Mounted 3-Bike Carrier, Model 103DB----- and guess what there was no need to put the rack together it came set up in the box all that needs to be put on are the straps. PLUS THE ALLEN RACK IS CHEAPER!!! 01/25/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★ by This is a Great Product I purchased this Bike Carrier for a long trip to N.C. It worked GREAT! Never had a problem putting it together or installing on my SUV! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 09/06/2011
Rated 4 out of 5★ by About what I would expect for the price I have never owned a bike carrier before, so I was a little baffled by the instructions, which of course are not written by a person who speaks English. I finally put them away and went by common sense and the picture on the box.I was a little freaked out by some of the reviews with the bikes falling off, so I proceeded carefully and with a beater bike to start. The beater is a ladies' 24 inch Huffy cruiser. I had no trouble getting it to sit on the rack. I used the leftover strap length to secure the wheels to the bike frame, and then added my own bungee cords to further secure the bike to the rack, because it looked like it could bounce. Then I took it for a ride and it did well, so I added my Schwinn. It's a 26" wheel but it has an extra small frame so it's lighter than the Huffy. I turned the front wheel around to reduce the profile, and tied the wheels to the other bike. Again, no problem getting the ladies' frame onto the carrier.I drove over the bumpiest roads I could find and on the main road at speeds up to 60 mph with no problems whatsoever. My only complaint is the nylon straps. The buckle teeth are already making holes in the strap, and this will eventually cut through. I will probably only use this carrier a few times a year so it's fine for me, but with daily use, you'll have to buy a new carrier in just a few months. So I would advise getting a more expensive one from a bike shop if you're going to use it a lot. 07/06/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★ by The carrier was quite easy to assemble and mount on my Dodge Grand Caravan and worked well for us. 09/04/2011
Rated 1 out of 5★ by Bad product My summary is short. This product doesn't meet any measure of usability.Details.The product attaches to your vehicle by straps. The straps have a mechanism that opens and closes on the strap to ensure that they are tight. The mechanism has a tab which you push down to release the pressure, for adjustments. This tab is crucial to using the bike rack and yet it is so thin that it snapped right off when Ipushed on it with my thumb to put the strap thru it to secure the rack on my vehicle, making the whole rack useless.Instead, I had to put the bike and rack INSIDE my SUV and in doing so, I broke a fender.I returned the rack as soon as I arrived at my destination.I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT is an understatement. 08/12/2012
Rated 1 out of 5★ by Poorly made, don't waste your time!! There were two major problems with this rack, first the rubber piece that you thread the Velcro strap through to hold the bike on with broke while we were driving down the interstate, our very expensive Gary Fisher bike flipped off the back of my car and was nearly shredded. It was in mint condition!!! The handle bars, seat, pedals and front tire are all damaged...grrr!!Secondly, the piece that controls the angle of the rack is PLASTIC! So it easily was stripped by the metal piece it was supposed to be held with. It kept slipping when we were driving and So we finally had to stop and buy a whole mother set up. Don't waste your time with this piece of junk!!! 05/19/2012
Rated 1 out of 5★ by Nothing but problems This was a gift for my sister for a trip her family was going on. She picked it up and there were parts missing and the threads on one screw were messed up. It was unusable. Extremely disappointed989.964.8317Dan willy 07/08/2014
