totally disappointed! The shelves are not deep enough to hold my surround sound receiver or my VCR, so unless you are only planning on using a DVD player which are a little smaller, don't waste your time on this unit. The cord management system is not nearly spacious enough to contain your cords. The instructions were not do-it-yourself friendly. 12/07/2009
Keep looking The item is sturdy, and looks good on the wall, BUT:If you have a Receiver, it will not fit, it will hang over the glass.. the specs are misleading, when you assemble this product, you have to slide in glass in the holes and by doing this, you lose 1-2" (which is crutical).. the wires etc. from the back of the receiver will hit the base..if you have a direct tv HD/ DVR box, this will not work as well.. due to you having (2) little boxes that hook up to the cable.. Again, your box will hang over slightly..If they revised the design of this, and maybe added 2-3" of glass to the design this would be perfect..you can go to AMAZON and get a 2 tier shelf for like 42 bucks.. (off subject)This is only good if you have like a regular cable box, with one cable wire, optical cable, HDMI coming out the back etc..I eventually got it to look decent by jaming my receiver as far to the base as possible.. i Still have the receiver slighly hanging over the glass, but i guess this will have to do..Would only recommed if you have small components like a PS3, DVD player etc. 02/14/2011
Good product Wasn't as difficult to assemble as some reviews had stated. It is an overall great product. Looks good. The only two negatives that I have is the size of the shelves. I had measured my receiver, DVR box, etc. ahead of time to make sure that they would fit on the shelves (given the dimensions on the product description), but in their description, they did not factor in the large vertical support bar that takes some of the shelf away. The other negative would be the size of the holes either end that you must feed your wires through. They are too small. 12/19/2010
Triple Wall Mount Shelf Decent product. Takes a while to assemble and helps to have an extra set of hands. A few things about this should be said. It's great if you have smaller electronics such as a blu ray player, dvd player, xbox, etc... but with larger things such as a surround sound receiver or cable box watch out. They may not fit. My Sony receiver just barely fits on the shelf and is at risk of falling off if I crank my sub up too loud lol. Also the wire storage/hiding area should really be larger if you want to run a bunch of HDMI/speaker/power wires to components. Takes some tricky wire "fishing" to get it all to work out. Mounts up pretty easy and is sturdy just a few things could be changed. 06/09/2010
