The adjustable handbrake and rubber grips provide the necessary support and grip and ensure your child's safety.     Very exciting bike I purchased this bike for my sons 6th birthday, He aboslutely loved this bike! couldn't even wait to get it out the package and he even wanted to help me put it together. This bike was easy to assemble and had all the tools needed to build it in the box. A real plus!My son loves riding his new 360. Although as the warning states.. make sure your child has a helmet and protective gear. Once my son had a few minutes to try out the bike, he did a spin and the wheels hit the edge of the drive way (it has a slight dip) and did a back flip right on to his head, bike and all. But.. the good news is.. he did have a helmet on and instead of crying after the fall he ended up laughing like a hienna..lol He wasn't hurt but i tell you what..i was at the edge of my seat. lol All and all this is a great product.The only thing i would have liked to see was an adjustible seat. my son can reach the petals just fine riding it straight.. but once he turns, his foot on the outside can't reach the petals. So if your child is alittle short you might have to teach him to pick up his foot when he turns so it doesn't get hurt.Oh.. and to the makers of this product.. I WANT ONE!! lol ya'll should make them for adults too. :D 06/01/2009
    Worth it!!! Very glad I bought this instead of the normal big wheel. The kids love it. They got it for their 5th b-day, they are tall for their age and just barely reach the pedal comfortably. I think they are 43inches tall, any shorter then may be this is something worth waiting for. It's also a little dangerous, not so much for the riders but for anyone in their path. Maybe older kids can control it better.. Overall, though, it's definitely worth the $$. 05/26/2009
    great bike! Just dont shred the back wheels This was a great bike my 12 year old loved it, the kids in the neighborhood loved it. It is not for grown men hot-dogging and after daddy took a 5 minute spin he flipped it on it's side and broke a small piece of the back right caster. I have looked high and low and have yet to be able to find a replacement. One webpage said the gentleman replaced it with ripstick wheels. I am going to try that tomorrow I hope it works, the kids really love, love, love this bike!!!!!! 10/11/2009
    Worth the Price We are very impressed with the RipRider. We have a VERY tall 4 year old and we struggled to find a Bike, BigWheel or Tricycle that would work for him. We purchased the RipRider and hoped it would work. This is one of the best ride-on type toys that I have ever bought! He wants to ride it all the time. Its easy for him to control and he can easily start/ stop as well. The wheels pivot quickly and are good quality. I also like the fact that the frame is metal and sturdy. I would highly recommended this product to anyone! 07/09/2009
