My granddaughter loves this scooter. It is peppy. Well made product and nice looking. Thought it was a little pricey. The weight limit on the site states 225 and the scooter had a tag that said 190.

I'm pleased with it. It lived up to its specs. I'm a 150 lb adult, and it's fun on level or slight inclines (or downhill), but not for moderate or steep hills. Wish the handle were collapsible (you can disassemble with Allen wrench, but brake and throttle cables are still attached). Wish there were a way to switch to a spare battery (not possible: battery is internal and not accessible, and no charge level indicator). Still, it's fun and fits in back seat of a Volvo. I like the Seated option.

Can you ride it on dirt or grass with out it going extremely slow?

    • A. No...it goes slow on grass...you could probably ride it on hard dirt. Ideally, you would just ride it on concrete sidewalk or road.

    • A. in hard dirt no problem but on grass it will slow you down and it might over heat the motor and might will shut down to let it cool off in aboit 10 minutes

    • A. it can be rode on any hard surface, i wouldn`t recommend it for grass unless the surface is flat and dry and no sharp turns are expected

    • A. The tires are wide and would travel on dirt or grass, but not on hilly terrain. The power is not sufficient, and the ground clearance is not sufficient for off road. This is not a dirt bike!

    • A. In Texas the area my granddaughter rides in, is dirt and some grass and she doesn't seem to mind. It does work better on a harder surface.

    • A. On our second charge and ride, we rode it on the grass and I could hear it, for lack of a better word, pulling harder. This drains the already short battery life even faster. But yes it does drive without much of a big difference in speed.

    • A. The scooter is 85lbs. The handle bars fold for easy transport. It's not light, but it's not too heavy to take places as long as you can lift it (I'm a 250lb man...my 110lb wife couldn't lift it).

    • A. It's NOT collaspable!! But it's not too heavy to lift in a car/suv. I suggest you DO NOT try and lift it with the seat. Grab the bar part under the seat to lift. You may damage the seat.
