price is right very lightweight. feel like dollar store flashlights. i like to keep alot of them in the house along with candles in case. the light is pretty strong on these. price is under 10 bucks for 2, so you really cant go wrong. would i buy more? yes i would buy another pack or 2. keep them around house. 4 stars.. 04/28/2012
Good general purpose flashlights I received two red flashlights (Not the gray ones in the photo). They are lightweight and made of a cheap plastic. The flash lights each use 3 "AAA" batteries which where included in the pack and where in working order.The size and shape of these flashlights are nice, they are ergonomically designed and fit comfortably in my hand, I am 6'4" tall. There is a cheap plastic eyelet that you could use to attach a lanyard or para-cord. I got the impression, that if you dropped one of these lights, it might break easily, but, luckily I have been careful and not had that issue.As for the light quality, these flashlights have a really nice convex magnifying glass on the lenses that really seem to work to amplify the light output. I have used these lights in pitch darkness and the light output was ample enough that I was able to see all obstacles clearly without squinting or straining.I bought these as emergency backups and they have actually performed so well that I bought another set for general purpose use, the price is affordable enough that these could easily be considered disposable. 04/18/2012
