No it does not fold but it takes moments to take apart!

No..not that I know of..we assembled it when we got it, but screwed to together, so you would have to unscrew it to fold it.

Its mostly plastic on thing metal is the pole thats going top to bottom

Handles do not adjust. This would be good for a child of four but I think it might be a little big for a two year old.

Not sure what you mean by "adjustable". This is a very sturdy scooter and easy to handle and turn right or left and also has a brake. Hope this helps.

No it does not have adjustable handles. I got this scooter for a 5 yr old and her 2 1/2 yr old sister could ride it as well. I am getting one for her this week! :)

Unfortunately no, I am not sure a 2 year old could ride it, but a 4 year could with no issues.

My Toddler loves the red color and the base is sturdy to hold and stand .
For 2 year old beginner this is good for height and they just learn to stand or slightly push .

My 3 years old bonus grandson loves his Radio Flyer Scooter! He got it for his birthday. It was easily assembled, the handle bars are the perfect height for him, the wide base is helpful so his foot  does not slip off; the 3 wheels made it easier to learn how to ride it. He mastered riding in just a few minutes! We love it!

Great Beginner's Scooter!

We bought this for our two year old grandsons birthday and he’s loving it. He’s been learning how to stand on it and balance.

I got this for my 3 year-old niece for Christmas and she loves it.  I bought this same one a few years ago for another niece.  This was their favorite gift and they got on it right away.  It's easy for toddlers to balance and they feel like a big kid.
