Damaged We went to the store for site delivery pick up. My husband had been warned by someone to inspect before leaving the store. This wagon is prone to be damaged during delivery. The rim around the wagon bed was bent to meet the wagon bed. This was a huge damage. Wooden rails were in good shape. We went to another wal-mart in area and they had same item in stock and for $15 less than online price. This wagon was in good shape. Just check this particular item before you leave delivery store. 09/25/2009
Beware of damage To start - the product overall is probably ok.The trouble was with the shipping, I picked up the wagon a few days before Christmas. Not having the opportunity to put it together until Christmas morning (to late to do anything about it) there was a large dent in the corner of the wagon with the paint cracked. Needless to say I was very disappointed. The box looked "ok" to me when picked up so I had no idea of the damage inside. Buyer beware.. 01/01/2009
Never got parts my husband un packed the wagon and one of the metal plates and the whole bag of fasteners were missing. We have yet to receive the missing parts so the wagon is sitting un assembled on the floor 05/23/2012
Great Wagon!!! Bought this wagon 6 yrs ago for my granddaughter's 1st birthday (she's now 7), and now 2 more granddaughters later, it's still in use frequently, & looks barely used, even though I've some tough little granddaughters...best birthday gift investment I've ever made..the tires are awesome & my son & dau-in-law have used it on all types of terrain from the beaches of Va to the shores of Lake Erie, and the trails of SC & NC...even now considering getting the same wagon for my daughter's new son for his 1st Christmas, even though the plastic, cheaper Radio Flyers do look appealing, I'm leary of switching models after such great service from this one!! Besides every family deserves a Radio Flyer Wagon, to me they're as necessary as a crib.... 05/20/2012
