Absolutly horrible I'm simply outraged by this product, it is awful. I bought this flat iron because i had lost my other flat iron. I was super excited because revlon makeup was good so i thought there other products would be great too. I was wrong. I despise this product, after the first two uses the on/off switch fell out. I had to super glue it in place. It's uncomfortable to hold, and handle. My hair is not thick and this product will not straighten my hair. I hate this flat iron and will not recommend it to anyone. 05/14/2010
HORRIBLE FOR MY HAIR! I bought this thinking "oh revlons a good makeup brand, so their straightener will be too! FALSE! I have thick, wavy, almost curly hair. It take me an hour with this straightener. That's wayy to long in the morning. I did do my friend's hair with this and it took maybe 7 minutes. She has thin, wavy/curly hair and it works fine with her hair. So If you have that tyoe of hair, go ahead and buy it. It's not very expensive. 05/06/2012
