gardenguy I was put on Simvastatin,20mg,almost immedistely, I was feelin muscle pain.after 2-3 weeks I could hardly walk,knees hurt badly, couldnt go up or down stairs. I stopped taking the Statin drug,after 2 weeks I was sligtly beeter, after research & finding the Ultra CoQ10,I started taking it,and within days i could start climbing stairs again,now,after 3 weeks,I feel great,my muscle cells are regenerating.ANY one on a Statin,should consult there doctor and ask about this.I have told many folks and know for a fact that at least 7,including my own 35 year old son, is useing with great results.Also, one might consider Red Yeast Ric capsules in placeof Statins to lower Cholesteral.safer....... in the long run. 06/08/2010
