Bought this for our recent trip to Garden City Beach, SC for 2 weeks.  The tent is very well built and easy to put up.  The pivoting release clamps are nice, but sometimes you had to lift the one side to release as opposed to push the opposite release side.  This was no big deal.  The legs extend smoothly although they didn't always click into position and you had to move the canopy up and down a bit to engage.  Again, not a big deal but letting others know if they experience the same.  If you expect to be in windy conditions, you definitely should get weights to hold the legs down.  We use the tent spikes and even built our own sand bags but still when the wind really picked up (which was only 1 day), the tent did start moving and was a challenge to keep in place.  Other than that, with normal beach wind, the tent did great and didn't move at all!  I've had several Quik Shade and EZ Up tents which have all been good and was very happy with this one as well and would recommend it.

Great Canopy

This has to be the easiest tent we every assembled. It literally pops up into place. I don't recommend parking too far from destination as it is extremely heavy, even with the wheels. We've had to use weights to hold down other tents and this one seemed to not budge with minor winds. Great purchase!!

Heavy but easy to assemble

I saw the instant canopy on Home Depot but they did not have the color I was looking for. Purchased it at Walmart instead.  I was very satisfied with the prompt delivery, the ease of setting up the canopy and the overall look of it.
We set it up on our 10x10 deck, and It works great! Good on sunny as well as rainy days.
 I love it and recommend to anyone.

Instant canopy

I purchased this to use in my RV in places where there was a need for sun and rain protection as well as bug protection.  This canopy fits easily over a full sized table and protect from sun and rain.  I purchase the screening that went with this canopy and I had everything I wanted at a good price

Was exactly what I needed

Bought this because of the reinforced frame and larger structure. The smallest legs on this thing are larger than the biggest legs on all other canopies. Because of this it is a bit bigger in the closed position and you definitely are going to have to take a little longer to set up if just you. I highly recommend getting a hand. the canopy is tight so sometimes you have to release one corner in order to lock the frame in the fully opened/expanded position. there are no velcro loops for the top part of the canopy and just on the corners but the velcro appears to be industrial strength so it is not going to rip off at all. Really enjoying this especially with the side wall that comes in handy every now and again. I highly recommend putting waterproofing on the canopy if it is going to be a rain cover and even though it is commercial and heavier than all others you still need to stake down in case of windy situations but is fine for fair weather with no heavy crosswinds.

Heavy Frame

Like it a lot so far.  Using it 24/7 as a cover area for kayaks and mowers.  It will remain up until it collapses.  Not as strong or heavy gauge metal used as I had hoped. But its too heavy for one person to handle comfortably so likely would be impossible to use other than is.  Ours is up against house for wind protection.  Previous one lasted 4 years but was band-aided together with lots of duct tape!  We have it strapped/weighted down as this step is necessary. 
In Pacific Northwest so not many storms here to deal with.  It comes with one wall only. And only has Velcro attachments unfortunately.  Learning from the past, we need to duct tape these areas for further support as well as have support the bottom of the wall with empty jugs filled with water. Trust me this is a must!

Worth the price.  Quick and easy protection.

Overall the canopy is well made, sturdy and sets up easily. We just received this canopy last week for use during a craft fair on July 4th. During the initial setup of the canopy we noticed small holes in one area of the roof fabric, which ended up leaking small drops of water in a light rain. I'm currently working with Quick Shade customer service for a replacement top, but haven't heard what their fix will be. The average rating is due to slow response from Quick Shade on the replacement. If it wasn't for the holes it would have been rated 5 stars.

The frame is sturdy, but the material for the top and especially the side flap could be improved.  If this is advertised as commercial grade, it wouldn't stand up to the rigors of being used commercially.

Commercial grade?

When I first got the canopy I thought it was five stars, but after camping with it I give  it a 3 star.  When I when camping it started to rain.  If it rains light the canopy works great, but if it's a heavy rain it starts leaking.  Drops of water leak through the seams.  I though if I pay more and get a commercial canopy it would be waterproof.  I was wrong.  I could have bought a cheap canopy and it would have the same results.

Quik Shade Commercial Canopy

I needed a tent with white canopy in order to participate in a farmer's market. I was excited that this one came with the addition of one side wall. When I got it, I was disappointed in how heavy this tent was. It is almost too heavy for me to lift in and out of my Jeep. Once I got to the farmers market it was awful trying to set it up. I had my 16 year old son with me and we still needed to ask one more guy to help us. This is not a tent for someone who is going to markets or festivals alone. You will have major difficulty setting it up. Last, but not least, while we were setting it up for the first time, one of the screws fell out of the legs and the leg was completely slanted when set up. I still have not found out where the screw fell out of. I would not buy this tent again. It's too much of a pain and ended up being a complete waste of money.
