The MS Office loaded up fine on the computer, but the Product Key to start the program would not work. When I contacted tech sup, they wanted another $38 just to get it to work. What a recket!!! When you buy a product it should work right off the shelf. 08/30/2010
Very Pleased This is a very nice little comp. I am impressed by the sharp images/text of the display. Battery life is great with the Pinetrail chipset too. However one thing I do not like about Windows 7 Starter is that you cannot switch users without logging off, this is a real pain. Overall well worth the $250. 08/27/2010
